At Street Uniforms, we are committed to ensuring every design meets your expectations and aligns with your vision. If the designer you’ve chosen does not meet the design brief, we have a clear process in place to address this:

1. Feedback and Revision with current designer:
We always encourage open communication. If the initial design doesn’t align with the brief, let the designer know. You’ll have the opportunity to provide detailed feedback, and the designer will make the necessary revisions to ensure the design matches your expectations.

2. Alternative Designer:
In rare cases where the original designer cannot deliver to your satisfaction, we will review the interactions and consider assigning a new designer to the project to bring fresh perspective and ideas, ensuring the final product aligns with your vision.

• Embroidery Services are currently on a 10 Business Day Production Time

Daily Cut Off is 11am Sydney Time. Any order after 11am will be considered next business day. Your order will be shipped in full depending on the slowest production method chosen

Due to the customization required in setting up your job, the following minimum order quantities, by style are in effect.

• Print: No Minimum
• Embroidery: 50 units per style

We offer discounted flat rate Express Shipping with Australia post on all orders. Orders over $100 quality for FREE delivery

Due to the customisation required we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, we do however accept returns and refund for items that have been sent incorrectly or are deemed faulty.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of placing the order.

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, store credit or refund as appropriate.
