Daily Cut Off is 11am Sydney Time. Any order after 11am will be considered next business day. Your order will be shipped in full depending on the slowest production method chosen

Due to the customization required in setting up your job, the following minimum order quantities, by style are in effect.

• Print: No Minimum
• Embroidery Patches: 20 units per style

We offer discounted flat rate Express Shipping with Australia post on all orders. Orders over $100 quality for free Economy Shipping

Due to the customisation required we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, we do however accept returns and refund for items that have been sent incorrectly or are deemed faulty.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of placing the order.

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, store credit or refund as appropriate.
